Apparently, Orthomol is a craze in Korea right now. South Korea, not the North. All these K-celebrities are taking it and promoting it. I honestly thought I'd never spend this much money on a 30-day supply of vitamins when I can just go to the nearest BJs and get the 200 count One-A-Day for 15 bucks. But the wife wasn't feeling like herself lately with the hormones and stuff so I got her this. After some scolding on why I spent so much money on vitamins, she happily took them. She currently takes it when she doesn't feel well, although I think it's more beneficial to take it straight for the 30 days to get the full effect but I've learned not to argue. When she does take it though, she says she feels the vitamins rushing down her blood and making her feel better (HA!). So I guess there's some validity to the hype.

I bought this multivitamin product since i heard that this one is good for immune system and others recommend me to take it. I received it and took it for a while and it was very strange that my urine color is very thick yellow color after taking this multivitamin. i think it is a bit helpful for active life but for immune, I am not sure cause I caught a cold after i took a week. But, vitaminwise, i think it is somewhat effective.

Since COVID-19, we've been so careful, wearing masks constantly in public, so we never tested positive. But I think because we have been so careful, so our immune system didn't have anything to fight off making us vulnerable to regular colds. My husband and I used to only catch cold maybe every two or even three years. But in the past two years we've share three mild but uncomfortable colds. Anyway, I thought I'd try this to boost my immunity. It had immediate unexpected effects, creating low tolerance to alcohol. I enjoy a glass of wine or two every night. But since taking this, wine makes me nauseous, so I can't drink more than about 6 ounces, which is a good thing. I'll finish out the one week pack that I purchased and probably re-order every two months or so.
